My name is Brenden Bowman, and a few years ago i was fat & happy, atleast that is what i told everyone. You should get into shape they would say, i am in shape i would say round is a shape! but Feb 19, 2006 i did my first comedy show and i saw what i looked like walking around on stage and thought, i'm just going to be another funny fat guy. i wore baggy pants, baggy shirts and hid it well.

That was 50 pounds or so ago. now i wear baggy clothes not to hide the fat but because they are comfortable. i have tried many many things, diets, traniers, excersize programs. what i have found is a couple things that i have changed in my life that has changed my life forever. i lost that weight and never gained it back. I ran a marathon last year, and don't get me wrong i am by far in perfect shape but i am healthy! Or as i like to say "healthier" that is how i approach Fitness & Nutrition.

I started with a few of my close friends, helping them. Now after seeing their progress, I want to help You Too
If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to exercise your mind as well.
